Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive theoretical and practical justification for the selection of key parameters of a micro-screw extruder integrated with robotic manipulator. The classification of polymer pellets based on their physicochemical characteristics and their suitability for FGF (Fused Granulate Fabrication) technology in light industry is considered. The dependence of torque and extrusion stability on the geometric parameters of the raw material is analyzed. It is scientifically proven that for a screw system with a diameter of 5 mm, the use of micro-granules with a 0.3 mm fraction allows the integration of lightweight "pancake" stepper motors, which is critical for maintaining the dynamic characteristics of a manipulator with a low payload capacity.
