Abstract
In the paper the results of the influence of a manner of soldering LEDs to the MCPCB on thermal parameters of the module LED containing these diodes is presented. The applied measuring method and the results of measurements of transient thermal impedance of LED modules are presented. The obtained results of measurements are discussed.
