Abstract
This article presents historical legal regulations and measurement technologies that affect the accuracy of determining the boundary point location. The article was divided into four parts. Each part describes the period of time, when various legal regulations were in force: the partitions period, the interwar period, the period since the end of World War II to 1979 and the period since 1979 to 2011. For each period an attempt was made to determine the boundary point location accuracy determining in the context of modern cadastre requirements. Also the BPP attribute value is proposed that can be assigned to points depending on the date of the measurement as well as the measurement method used.
Streszczenie
W niniejszym artykule przedstawione zostały historyczne regulacje prawne oraz wykorzystywane technologie pomiarowe mające wpływ na dokładność wyznaczenia położenia punktów granicznych. Artykuł został podzielony na cztery części opisujące okresy regulowane różnymi przepisami prawnymi oraz wytycznymi technicznymi: okres zaborów, okres dwudziestolecia międzywojennego, okres od zakończenia drugiej wojny światowej do 1979 roku oraz okres od 1979 do 2011 roku. Dla każdego z okresów podjęto próbę określenia dokładności wyznaczenia położenia punktu granicznego w kontekście współczesnych wymagań katastru. Zaproponowano również wartość atrybutu BPP, jaką można przypisać punktom w zależności od daty wykonania pomiaru oraz zastosowanej metody pomiarowej.
