Abstract

This paper reports on tools useful for the design of intelligent support systems. It describes the preliminary results of a project relating to the implementation of an intelligent image processing structure, primarily based on artificial neural networks, for the development of diverse support systems. Based on a sample application, this paper highlights a development structure in the OpenCV environment, which can be utilized for intelligent image processing and the design of support systems.
