Abstract
This article presents the perspective of using the AHP method to assess the quality of sanitary transport services. The factors that influence the decision are different depending on the priorities. Particular attention should be paid to the identification of the quality standard and its characteristics. The presented method gives an opportunity to investigate the problem in order to characterize the numerical weights for the adopted criteria. The selection of the criterion was influenced by the processes and activities that occur in the national healthcare sector. The categories and levels of "decision trees" have been described as the most important elements in decision making.
Streszczenie
W niniejszym rozdziale przedstawiono perspektywę zastosowania metody AHP do oceny jakości usług transportu sanitarnego. Czynniki, które mają wpływ na podjęcie decyzji są różne w zależności od postawionych priorytetów. Należy zwrócić szczególną uwagę na zidentyfikowanie wzorca jakości i jego cech. Zaprezentowana metoda daje możliwość badania problemu w celu scharakteryzowania wag liczbowych dla przyjętych kryteriów. Na wybór kryterium miały wpływ procesy i działania, jakie zachodzą w krajowym sektorze usług ochrony zdrowia. Kategorie i poziomy „drzewa decyzyjnego” zostały opisane najważniejszymi elementami przy podejmowaniu decyzji.
