The group's work involves the development and application of multi-criteria optimization models tailored to various aspects of space mission planning and execution. Key areas of investigation include risk modeling and optimization for space missions, optimization of material design for the space industry, and the integration of digital twins and the metaverse to enhanced mission planning. The group also explores optimization methods to minimize cyberattack risks during space missions and to streamline space mission supply chains. Through their interdisciplinary approach, the group aims to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in space exploration.
