Abstract
The article reports on the measurement results of a 64 channel integrated circuit dedicated to neurobiological experiments and processed in the CMOS 180nm technology. It also provides an analysis of its parameters spread from channel to channel, its origin and a proposition of a circuit that allows for a precise bandwidth correction in the wide tuning range. The presented work is focused on improving the uniformity of the lower corner frequency of a recording channel with the respect to low power consumption and low area occupation of the calibration blocks what may be especially attractive in the circuits where area occupation and power consumption are a prime of concerns. © 2016 IEEE.
