Abstract
The paper presents a short description of the LonWorks technology and the LonTalk network protocol, as well as their application in a pilot installation of building automation system in the building (B1) of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Mining and Metallurgy (UMM) in Cracov. Prototypes of the system and equipment for the application have been developed in the Instiute of Electrical Drives and Industrial Equipment Control Systems of the UMM, and manufactured by the Experimental Departament of Scientificc Equipment and Automation ZDANiA Ldt. The paper also describes experience gained during two-year operation of the pilot installation and the conception of remonte billing and monitoring of utilities supplied to industrial or residential buildings.
Streszczenie
Przedmiotem referatu jest krótki opis technologii LonWorks i protokołu komunikacji siecioweej LonTalk oraz omówienie ich aplikacji w pilotażowej instalacji automatyki budynku w pawilonie B1 Wydziału EAIiE AGH w Krakowie. Dla tej realizacji zostały w Katedrze ANiUP AGH opracowane prototypy odpowiednich urządzeń i podzespołów służących do automatyki budynków oraz minitoringu mediów, których produkcję podjął ZDANiA Sp. z o.o. W referacie opisano doświadczenia zebrane w czasie dwuletniej eksploatacji omawianej pilotażowej instalacji w Paw. B1 AGH oraz koncepcję zdalnego monitoringu i rozliczania mediów dostarczanych do poszczególnych mieszkań i obiektów przemysłowych.
