Streszczenie
Przedstawiono korzystne i niekorzystne zjawiska, które występują w masach formierskich z dodatkiem bentonitu, w wyniku wzrostu temperatury spowodowanej wprowadzeniem ciekłego stopu odlewniczego do formy. Opisano zagadnienia związane z bilansem cieplnym dotyczącym chłodzenia wybitej masy formierskiej. Podkreślono, że poddanie masy używanej prawidłowo zaprojektowanemu chłodzeniu i homogenizacji ma istotne znaczenie dla jakości sporządzonej z jej udziałem klasycznej masy odświeżonej, wiązanej bentonitem.
Abstract
The advantageous and disadvantageous phenomena which occur in moulding sands with an addition of bentonite, as a result of the temperature rise caused by the introduction of the liquid cast alloy into the mould, have been presented. The problems connected with the heat balance which concerns the cooling of the knocked out moulding sands have been discussed. It has been stressed that to subject the used moulding sands to the correctly designed cooling and homogenization is of a vital importance for the quality of the rebonded moulding sand with bentonite prepared with this used sand.
