Streszczenie
Jednym ze zjawisk obniżających walory użytkowe (niezawodność, trwałość, komfort pracy) układów mechanicznych jest niezmierzone, samowzbudne narastanie drgań wywołanych tarciem. W badaniach układów z tarciem, prowadzonych metodami doświadczalnymi i numerycznymi, ważnym zagadnieniem jest uwzględnianie miarodajnych modeli tarcia oraz właściwego modelu układu badawczego. Zarówno problem doboru rzędu modelu układu, jak i doboru metody identyfikacji jego parametrów mogą być rozwiązane za pomocą metod symulacji komputerowej. Na drodze symulacji komputerowej można także wyznaczyć zakres modyfikacji struktury modelu układu przy zachowaniu warunku poprawnej jego pracy. W pracy zaprezentowano podejście oraz procedury związane z identyfikacją modelu (funkcji) tarcia oraz symulacją ruchu pewnego układu mechanicznego z tarciem, z uwzględnieniem kryteriów odnoszących się także do niezawodności jego pracy.
Abstract
The escalation of unintentional, self-exciting friction induced vibration is the phenomenon that can reduce functional quality (reliability, durability, work usefulness) of mechanical systems. In experimental and numerical investigation of friction systems it is important to apply reliable friction models and proper models of the test system. The problem of the selection of the order of the system model as well as the method of its parameters' identification could be solved with the computer simulation aid. Computer simulation gives also possibility to determine the range of modification of the system structure, with maintained its correct operation. In the paper is presented the concept and procedures connected with the identification of the friction model (function) and the simulation of the motion of the mechanical system with friction regarding on criteria which also concern its operational reliability.
