Abstract
Results of investigations on electronic (electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power) and electrochemical properties of non-stoichiometric tungsten trioxide are presented. A qualitative scheme of the electronic structure LixWO3-y is proposed. A strict correlation between the electronic and electrochemical properties of tungsten trioxide is proved for the cell of Li/Li+/Li-x WO3-y type.
