Abstract
An apparatus far measuring the adsorption equilibria and kinetics of gases at high pressures is described. A method of treatment of experimental data as well as examples of adsorption isotherms and kinetics are presented. Analysis of high-pressure adsorption isotherms at a number of temperatures for carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen on active carbon was carried out.
