Abstract
The paper presents a proposition of the method of determining the level of financial potential power plants and heating plants in Poland, which could become part of the algorithm determination the level of the market attractiveness of power plants and heating plants for coal mines. In the construction of method uses the concept of relationship marketing. Analytical process based on a multidimensional comparative analysis tools, supported by expert analysis. The presentation of the proposed method supported by an example based on the results of analysis companies in the energy sector and Kompania Węglowa SA.
