Abstract

The paper presents the R&D Project dealing with coal gasification. The Project is implemented within the frame of the Strategic Programme of Scientific Research and Development Work called Advanced technologies for energy acquisition. The Authors present major tasks connected with the Project as well as its anticipated results. A special emphasis is put on problems connected with creating a database of hard and brown coals for coal gasification.
