Abstract
The paper is focusing on shaping system of exploitation potential of transport devices with utilization of developed methods and tools supporting data monitoring process, as well as their processing for decision-making needs. The worked out system target is to decrease operation cost, as well to increase device operation safety and reliability indicators. The operation effective assessment of the device is the worked out function of safety and reliability coefficients enabling the undertaking the maintenance procedures of preventive type. Worked out system possesses computer supported decision making process in range of qualification of device to definite life cycle phase, as well as data transmission (communication) with utilization traditional line and wireless. Moreover it is possible to use in practice the computer aided maintenance (e-maintenance), which exists in range of identification of degradation sources and results of input and output products accompanying device activity process and degradation of exploitation parameters of the device. The paper composition will include also an overview of the existing state of art on the base of known references.
