Abstract
In the article results of first efforts of laser welding tubes of high-alloy steels (ferritic) about the 12 % Cr contents were described. Testing abilities was an aim of attempts of getting products meeting high requirements of the automotive industry. Laser welding such tubes is an alternative solution with respect to HF welding. He has this majority that he is increasing the probability of getting the connector, assuring more distant processing pipes. In the particular a plasticity is eliminating faults in the welding zone, limiting him. In the first stage attempts to weld ø 50'1.5 mm pipes were made, on the post for classical welding around migrating with the warhead. During attempts a power of the bundle, a speed, a breadth of the crack, moving the edge were being changed. As part of attempts they stated, that conditions of the lawsuit, in this case the power, the speed and putting the edge of the fricative pipe strongly are influencing the quality of the product. Attempts permitted for working guidelines out for examinations in the line of welding. Examinations in the production line were made on the laser installed at the Employer. In the article findings of, underlying examinations were described to the assessment of the quality of tubes.
Streszczenie
Przedstawiono wyniki wstępnych prób laserowego, wzdłużnego spawania rur ze stali ferrytycznej. Celem prób było sprawdzenie możliwości uzyskania wyrobów spełniających wysokie wymagania przemysłu motoryzacyjnego.
