Abstract
When buildings are pulled down, it is often necessary to recover constructional materials in a prompt and cost-effective manner. The machines that perform quite well in such applications are small jaw crushers fitted on mobile, semi-mobile and container units. The paper summarises the results of tests performed to establish how the width of an exhaust gap in a small jaw crusher should affect the grain size distribution of recycled material.
