Abstract
The temperature and composition dependence of the unidirectional magnetic anisotropy field Han for thin films of magnetic semiconductors of CdCr2Se4: In (state with reentrant transition) and CdCr2 − 2xIn2xSe4 (spin glass state) have been determined by FMR technique (X-band). Also the temperature dependence of surface magnetic anisotropy energy constant Ks was found from SWR spectrum (X-band).
