Abstract
In the work the influence of the charge shape and technological parameters of the upsetting and punching process on displacement of zones of the deformed material during forging was analyzed. Results of the analysis were presented in the form of maps of temperature profiles and distribution of strain intensity and mean stresses in two cross-sections of the forged part. Attention was paid to a large temperature gradient in the head surface of the forging which is a intermediate stage of a manufacturing process of wagon wheel rings.
Streszczenie
W pracy analizowano wpływ kształtu wsadu i parametrów technologicznych procesu spęczania i przebijania na przemieszczanie stref materiału podczas odkształcania. Wyniki obliczeń numerycznych przedstawiono w postaci izolinii rozkładów temperatury, intensywności odkształcenia i naprężeń średnich w dwóch przekrojach odkuwki, Zwrócono uwagę na duży gradient temperatury w czołowej powierzchni odkuwki. która jest pośrednim etapem procesu wywarzania obręczy.
