Streszczenie
Przeprowadzono odzyskowo-tlenowe wytopy stali Hadfielda o zmiennej ilości złomu obiegowego we wsadzie. Szybkość utleniania manganu kontrolowano poprzez dobór temperatury początku świeżenia, w stosunku do równowagowej temperatury reakcji redukcji MnO za pomocą węgla. Stwierdzono, że w zakresie temperatury 1580-1590°C szybkość utleniania manganu wynosi 14,0-16,0%/h, a w temperaturze 1680°C-1,80%/h. Szybkość utleniania węgla wynosi odpowiednio 0,38 i 1,68%C/h. Stwierdzono, że w tych warunkach nie występuje, praktycznie, utlenianie chromu i fosforu.
Abstract
The remelts of Hadfield-steel scrap connected with the oxygen blowing through the melt , with different steel scrap fraction in the charge, were carried out. The rate of manganese oxidation was controlled by changing the metal temperature at the beginning of the steel refining period in relation to the equilibrium temperature of the reaction of MnO reduction by carbon. It was stated that the rate of manganese oxidation at temperature 1580-1590°C amounts 14.0 till 16,0%/h, and at temperature 1680°C-1,80%/h. The rate of carbon oxidation amounts 0,38-1,68%/h. It was stated that the oxidation of chromium and phosphorus does not occur, practically, in these conditions.
