Streszczenie
W pracy wyprowadzono analityczną zależność wiążącą szerokość zabielenia z klinów z nadmiarem temperatury ΔTc = Tm – Tc, gdzie Tm, jest minimalną temperaturą krystalizacji eutektyki grafitowej, mierzoną w foremce skorupowej bez dodatku telluru, Tc – temperatura krystalizacji eutektyki cementytowej w foremce skorupowej z dodatkiem telluru. Wykazano, że wyprowadzone równanie może być wykorzystane w praktyce odlewniczej, gdyż przewidywania modelu teoretycznego są w bardzo dobrej zgodności z wynikami badań doświadczalnych.
Abstract
In this work, an analytical expression was found which combine the chill width in wedge-shaped castings with the excess temperature range ΔTc = Tm – Tc , where Tm is the minimal solidification temperature of graphite eutectic at the onset of solidification, measured in a plain (non-tellurium) eutectometer cups, Tc is the solidification temperature of cementite eutectic measured in tellurium eutectometer cups. It has been shown, that the proposed analytical expressions can be used in foundry practice because the predictions were found to be in good agreement with the experimental outcome.
