Streszczenie
W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań symulacyjnych krzepnięcia odlewów ze stopów aluminium i miedzi. Omówiono problemy sterowania procesem krzepnięcia. Podano przykłady symulacji procesu sterowania rozkładem temperatury dla prostego odlewu i omówiono algorytmy i układ sterowania. Badania symulacyjne prowadzone były z wykorzystaniem programów ABAQUS i MAGMA.
Abstract
The subject of studies was simulation and controI of solidification processes. The investigation covered both physical and simulation experiments. The investigations described in this study enable obtaining, among others, the required distributions of temperature fields and the development of procedures aiding the solidification process controI. The obtained experimental data can be used as basis for simulation of the solidification process and for development of proper controI procedures, the final aim of which is obtaining homogeneous temperature distributions at various points of a casting.
