Streszczenie
Opracowany wcześniej model matematyczny procesu przemian fazowych w żeliwie ADI pozwala na obserwację kinetyki wzrostu ausferrytu z austenitu podczas przemiany izotermicznej, charakterystycznej dla technologii produkcji tego tworzywa. Kinetyka wzrostu ausferrytu silnie zależy od temperatury procesu. Rezultaty modelowania zestawione zostały z eksperymentem.
Abstract
A mathematical model of austempering of ADI (Austempered Ductile Iron) process and simulation program were used to trace the kinetics of growth of ausferrite from austenite at the isothermal condition of technological process. The kinetics of ausferrite growth strongly depends on the temperature of the thermal process. The modeling results were compared with the experimental data.
