Abstract
This study investigates the dynamic adsorption and desorption processes during the preheating and precooling phases in adsorption chillers. The research focuses on how the distribution and number of Heat Transfer Fluid (HTF) tubes, along with the geometry and spacing of fins in a fin-tube heat exchanger, influence process dynamics. A comprehensive simulation model was developed, accounting for varying pressure conditions, water vapor fraction, and the dynamic adjustment of Linear Driving Force (LDF) and Dubinin-Astakhov (D-A) model constants based on temperature.
