Streszczenie
Przeprowadzono badania brykietowania mieszanek wysokowapniowych szlamów pofiltracyjnych o wilgotności 13,37% i gruzu betonowego o wilgotności 3,29% w prasie walcowej, wyposażonej w pierścienie o niesymetrycznym układzie zagęszczania, zasilanej grawitacyjnie.
Abstract
Mixts. of high-calcium filtration sludge and concrete rubble in ratios of 6:4, 8:2 and 9:1 d.w. were briquetted in a roller press. The resulting briquettes were analyzed for drop and compressive strength before and after 168 h of seasoning. The power demand of the roller press and the specific energy demand during the briquetting process were also detd. The obtained briquettes showed good strength parameters and were resistant to crushing during transportation.
