Abstract
One of the most important issues in modern educational activities is equal opportunities in learning for different students and persons, having various social, technical, and economic conditions or limitations. To achieve such goal, we propose to use different classes of cognitive information systems, which perform cognitive resonance processes, and allow to support visual data understanding and semantic content evaluation. Such systems can facilitate learning activities at different levels, and have a positive influence on education processes, by improving perception abilities for students. In particular cognitive information systems will be proposed as a tool for creation of user-oriented learning protocols. Such protocols consider users’ perception capabilities, and can be dependent on external features, in which person try to acquire some new knowledge, abilities and competence.
