Abstract
The paper presents the final stage and shape of an integrated digital technology created to support cooperative overhead cranes maintenance strategies. The technology involves online self-analysis layers for parameter calibration and data processing, measurement of dependencies on degradation data with copula approach, simulation-based risk modeling with implemented variance reduction techniques and well-established heuristic algorithms to solve maintenance scheduling optimization with implemented parallel computing. The tool is a compilation of efforts that aims a robust and comprehensive contribution in the field of informatic technologies. The paper describes the overview architecture and relationship between all the research involved to reach at the final tool.
