Abstract
In this paper the generation of a geometrical model for simulation of the transport process inside the bouton of the biological neuron is considered. The transport is modeled in three-dimensional space by using nonlinear diffusion-like partial differential equation. The geometry of the bouton is modeled in two ways. One of them is the geosphere and the other one is the globe. The quality of the mesh elements is examined.
