Abstract
This paper concludes assessment of obtaining and analyzing three datasets used to create 3D digital archeological documentation. Those three datasets were gathered with terrestrial laser scanning, handheld scanning, as well as photogrammetry. Obtained datasets were later subjected to series of qualitative and quantitative analyses. Data analysis included calculations of accuracy of all the models in terms of georeferencing and deviations between models on the control profiles. All the measurements and analyses were a part of BARI 2018 research project focusing on implementing modern methods of obtaining 3D models for the purposes of creating archeological documentation of ancient remains in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. During fieldworks, two archaeological sites have been undergoing those works: ancient city of Tuwaneh, where the remains of public baths are the interest of this work and ancient roman military fort in Dajaniya, where the main interest was in the outer wall passage and Principium.
