Streszczenie
Wspólnoty gruntowe, mimo iż są reliktem stosunków feudalnych, wzbudzają obecnie duże zainteresowanie. Dzieje się tak przede wszystkim ze względu na rozległość stanowiących je nieruchomości oraz atrakcyjność położenia. Chociaż prawnie, wspólnoty gruntowe powinny zostać uregulowane w latach 60. ubiegłego wieku, starostwa w dalszym ciągu prowadzą postępowania mające na celu uregulowanie ich stanu. Jest to spowodowane przede wszystkim brakiem lub niekompletnością dokumentacji powstałej blisko 60 lat temu oraz dużym zainteresowaniem stron dotyczącym ujawnienia ich w wykazie uprawnionych do korzystania z gruntów wspólnoty. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na obowiązki, które spoczywają na organach administracji, zarówno w kwestii ustalenia wspólnoty gruntowej, jak również zadań związanych z późniejszym ewidencjonowaniem danych dotyczących wspólnot.
Abstract
Ground communities, despite the fact that they are a relic of feudal relations, now arouse great interest. This is mainly due to the vastness of the properties that constitute them and the attractiveness of the location. Although legally, land communities should be regulated in the 1960s, the elders continue to conduct proceedings to regulate their condition. This is mainly due to the lack or incompleteness of the documentation created nearly 60 years ago and the parties' great interest in disclosing them to the list of those entitled to use the community land. The aim of the article is to draw attention to the duties that rest on the administration bodies both in the matter of determining the community of land, as well as tasks related to the subsequent recording of data on communities.
