Abstract
The paper presents the investigations of granulometric characteristics of the chromium suspension using the sedimentation balance. The investigations have been proved for the variable contents of solid phase rate. Parameters of the generalized gamma distribution function were calculated by the method of the non-linear regression. Lamella sedimentation process was simulated for the obtained distribution function parameters. The comparison between theoretical model calculations and laboratory experiments are presented.
