Streszczenie
W artykule przedstawiono kilka wariantów rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych silnika bezszczotkowego do napędu zakrętarki elektromechanicznej.
Abstract
This article presents several design variants of the brushless electric motor for application in the drive system of electric torque wrench. The aim of the study was to determine an influence of the particular design solution on the reduction of power losses in the electric motor. For this purpose, a five models of BLDC permanent magnet motors were designed and manufactured. Models differed inter alia in: stator stack length, type and thickness of the used stack metal sheet, type of stator's external surface machining, rotor design. Then, the laboratory thermal tests were conducted in which the power losses for each of the model were measured. The comparison of the measurement results for each model allowed to determine the impact of the particular design solution on the reduction of power losses.
