Abstract
The paper presents the main objectives lubrication of bearing ropes with driven friction. The influence of lubrication on stresses in knitting bending in tench of steel and influence of lubrication of friction coupling between rope and the lining was demonstrated. The properties that lubricants used for lubricating ropes of steel should have in particular ropes in extracts friction drive were described. The requirements of the existing standards were discussed: DIN 21258:2007-04, PN-ISO 3156:1999 as well as test methods for physico-chemical parameters for lubricants used for bearing ropes. The requirements as to the amount of lubricant in the strands and in the core according to standard PN-G-46607:1993, DIN 21258:2007-04 were presented as well as certificates of lubricant manufacturer and the manufacturer of the rope.
Streszczenie
W referacie przedstawiono główne cele smarowania lin nośnych z napędem ciernym. Wykazano wpływ smarowania na naprężenia w drutach przeginanych lin stalowych oraz wpływ smarowania na sprzężenie cierne pomiędzy liną a wykładziną. Opisano właściwości jakie powinny mieć smary stosowane do smarowania lin stalowych, a w szczególności lin w wyciągach z napędem ciernym. Omówiono wymagania w oparciu o normy: DIN 21258:2007-04, PN-ISO 3156:1999 oraz metody badań parametrów fizykochemicznych dla smarów stosowanych do lin nośnych. Przedstawiono wymagania co do ilości smaru w splotkach i w rdzeniu w oparciu o normę PN-G-46607:1993, DIN 21258:2007-04 oraz atesty producenta smaru i producenta liny.
