Abstract
Results of the investigation into fabrication and properties of the high-speed steel based composites with phosphor copper and graphite as the alloying additions are presented. An effect of these additions on the processes of pressing and sintering, and on the structure and properties of the composites obtained, was examined. The examination was made to determine density of the compacts and sinters, changes of profiles' density during sintering, and hardness, strength and structure of the composites.
Streszczenie
Przedstawiono wyniki badań w zakresie wytwarzania i badania własności kompozytów na osnowie stali szybkotnącej z dodatkami stopowymi w postaci miedzi fosforowej i grafitu. Badano wpływ wymienionych dodatków na przebieg prasowania i spiekania oraz na strukturę i własności otrzymanych kompozytów. Przeprowadzono badania: gęstości wyprasek i spieków, zmian gęstości kształtek podczas spiekania oraz twardości, wytrzymałości i struktury kompozytów.
