Abstract
Empathy, the ability to emotionally understand other people’s feelings, might be modeled in various ways. In this paper, we try to look at the empathy episodes from the knowledge engineering perspective. We present the possibility of modeling the empathy episodes using the Attribute Relationship Diagrams (ARD) and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) modeling notations and methods.
